This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Deliver cost management services that are disciplined and value-oriented.
• Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction process.
• Provide comprehensive cost planning and detailed estimates.
• Engage and collaborate with the design team and general contractor.
• Maintain regular communication with the general contractor and client stakeholders.
• Prepare clear and concise written evaluations of contractor submissions.
• Assist with post-contract cost control, including change management and governance procedures.
• Conduct cost checks and perform valuations on extensive civil and infrastructure projects.
• Exhibit strong leadership and service delivery that meets client expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 6–7 years of relevant experience in cost management within the construction sector.
• RICS accreditation or actively pursuing accreditation is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, procurement strategies, and principles of commercial management.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Candidates must reside in the United States and possess legal authorization to work in the U.S.
