Senior Corporate Processing Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the Corporate Loan Processing Team

• Address inquiries and provide support for daily tasks

• Manage and assign loans within the team

• Relay loan statuses to branch locations

• Stay informed about loan processing challenges

• Deliver outstanding customer service to CrossCountry Mortgage branches

• Supervise all facets of the Corporate Loan Processing Team, which includes pipeline management, employee growth, coaching, training, quality assurance checks, and performance oversight

• Accurately respond to inquiries related to loan levels and systems

• Assist in addressing escalations in Underwriting and Closing

• Foster and manage collaborative relationships with Branch Managers and Operations staff

• Organize and lead weekly pipeline meetings and individual calls

• Ensure precise timekeeping for team members

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in residential mortgage processing is required

• Previous experience in a Team Lead or Management role is necessary

• Familiarity with RESPA guidelines and all relevant mortgage and consumer lending regulations

• Experience with Encompass software

• Strong analytical, prioritization, and communication abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
