Senior Corporate Finance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist a rapidly expanding multi-entity organization.

• Lead enterprise financial reporting, FP&A, consolidation, and process enhancement initiatives within a complex operational landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, FP&A, or financial reporting.

• Proven experience in supporting consolidated financial reporting across various entities or business units.

• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and executive-level reporting.

• Experience collaborating with senior leadership to provide actionable financial insights and recommendations.

• Knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, month-end closing processes, and financial analysis.

• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with ERP and financial reporting systems.

• Ability to function effectively in a multi-site, fast-paced environment.

• Preferred qualifications: CPA, MBA, or an advanced degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, defense, or engineered products sectors.

• Background in supporting acquisitions, integrations, or finance transformation projects.

• Familiarity with intercompany accounting, eliminations, and consolidated financial statements.

• Experience in coordinating external audits and tax reporting activities.

• Strong skills in financial modeling, dashboard development, and creating executive presentations.
