Senior Corporate Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Create business cases and conduct financial analyses for prospective acquisitions and investments.

• Oversee the entire M&A process from initial sourcing to final closing.

• Build intricate financial models and perform valuation analyses.

• Coordinate cross-functional due diligence with Product and Engineering teams.

• Formulate strategically-oriented project plans that support departmental objectives.

• Keep track of industry trends and competitor activities.

• Assist with materials for investor relations and board meetings.

• Enhance internal M&A processes and workflows.

• Mentor and guide junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in investment banking and/or corporate development.

• Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and analysis.

• Experience in modeling capital allocation scenarios, including debt financing and lease agreements.

• Demonstrated capability to independently manage multiple workstreams.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
