Senior Corporate Accounting Manager, Technical Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Support and enhance Rula’s Accounting function through excellence in accounting and optimization of processes

• Supervise all areas of Corporate Accounting (excluding Revenue and Payroll)

• Lead a team and take ownership of the company’s Technical Accounting function

• Ensure that daily accounting operations are conducted in compliance with US GAAP

• Drive the drafting of technical accounting memos

• Identify opportunities to bolster accounting policies and procedures

• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by implementing enhancements to processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Corporate Accounting

• At least 2 years of experience in managing and developing teams

• Strong understanding of US GAAP

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• Active CPA license
