Senior Corporate Accounting Manager, Technical Accounting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

📋 Description

• Enhance and expand Rula’s Accounting capabilities through excellence in accounting and process improvements.

• Supervise all aspects of Corporate Accounting, excluding Revenue and Payroll.

• Lead a team and take charge of the company's Technical Accounting responsibilities.

• Ensure daily accounting functions comply with US GAAP standards.

• Spearhead the creation of technical accounting memoranda.

• Discover opportunities to improve accounting policies and procedures.

• Cultivate a culture of ongoing improvement by executing process upgrades.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in Corporate Accounting.

• More than 2 years of experience in managing and developing teams.

• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Active CPA license required.
