Proposal Architect – Client Accounting Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Proposal Architect functions as a vital link between Revenue Generation and Implementation.

• Ensure a seamless and informed transition from prospective client to actual client.

• Analyze potential clients’ existing QuickBooks files and/or financial statements to pinpoint risks, complexities, and essential discussion topics for the File Review call.

• Engage in the File Review call, gather key insights, and create proposal documents that accurately represent the client's requirements, scope, and estimated effort.

• Prepare and provide all necessary documentation to the Implementation team to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.

• Stay involved after the handoff to address offboarding inquiries, learn from outcomes, refine assumptions, and continuously enhance the proposal and sales process.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in a Client Accounting Services (CAS) setting.

• Familiarity with implementation processes and procedures is preferred.

• Strong understanding of fundamental bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, and procedures.

• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting fundamentals and hands-on experience reviewing accounting system data and workflows (QuickBooks or similar) is required.

• Outstanding analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to distill complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations and solutions.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects at once.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt based on workload and project requirements.

• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
