• Lead the development process utilizing Unreal Engine and UEFN

• Develop clean and maintainable code

• Drive enhancements across essential systems

• Create and refine internal tools

• Implement AI coding tools in the development process

• Clearly document workflows and systems

• Collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and producers
