• Create defining content: Write brand copy that is clever yet approachable, warm without being cliché, and straightforward without being bland. You excel at finding the phrases that others overlook, making it seem effortless.
• From concept to execution: Generate overarching ideas and know how to expand them — from the main creative concept to headlines, scripts, and detailed execution that make a campaign feel cohesive and inevitable.
• Craft long narratives: Lead extensive narrative projects — spanning various touchpoints, campaign stories, and scripts — that foster trust, clarity, and emotional connections with our audience.
• Enhance growth through language: Write compelling direct response copy for ads, emails, and performance channels that drive conversions without sounding forced. Use plain language and everyday terms for real results.
• Construct the framework: Leverage your writing expertise to design and improve AI-assisted copy workflows — including writing prompts, style guides, and frameworks that help maintain brand consistency while producing high-quality work at scale.
• Collaborate creatively: Partner closely with designers on campaign conceptualization and brand development to ensure that writing and design work in harmony, rather than in isolation.
• Influence creative standards: As a senior member of an expanding team, you'll have a significant impact on how we establish creative standards, review work, and elevate expectations.
• Humanize financial language: Help individuals feel acknowledged, valued, and confident through clear, emotionally aware writing that fosters trust during critical moments.
• Unique voice: You possess a distinctive creative perspective developed throughout your career. Your writing has an elusive quality that is unmistakable — unique, vibrant, and never overdone.
• Conceptual thinker: You generate a plethora of campaign ideas. You think strategically, create strong creative foundations, and know how to expand a central idea across various channels and formats without losing its essence.
• In-depth brand experience: You have a background in brand identity or rebranding projects and understand the importance of capturing a company’s essence in language and maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
• Versatility in long-form writing: You can confidently write both a 12-word tagline and a 1,200-word brand narrative, understanding when each is appropriate.
• Proficiency in performance copy: You know how to write for direct response channels — understanding their rhythms, clarity needs, and accountability for outcomes — without compromising your voice.
• Systems-oriented thinker: You recognize patterns in your writing. You can articulate what makes writing effective and build frameworks that assist others in improving their skills, including tools that leverage AI.
