Senior Copywriter

📋 Description

• Responsible for the daily production of emails from concept to publication aimed at active traders.

• Develop a forward-looking email content calendar while maintaining flexibility to adapt to market fluctuations or industry events.

• Continuously generate ideas across various themes and perspectives.

• Ensure a consistent structure, pacing, and tone that upholds the established TakeProfitTrader voice.

• Execute first drafts that emphasize clarity, credibility, and speed.

• Create and dispatch high-quality daily emails on a dependable schedule.

• Design and uphold a rotating email framework (including themes, formats, and recurring concepts) to avoid redundancy and reader fatigue.

• Recognize timely and relevant moments to adjust or override the email calendar as needed.

• Work closely with the CMO on voice, positioning, and strategic direction.

• Revise copy based on feedback, performance metrics, and business context.

• Ensure the maintenance of clean, accurate, and compliant copy that steers clear of hype, exaggeration, or unrealistic language.

• Assist with additional copywriting needs (such as landing pages, paid advertisements, and promotions) as capacity permits once email responsibilities are firmly established.

• 3–5+ years of senior-level copywriting experience, particularly focused on email content.

• Demonstrated ability to craft clear, engaging, and conversion-oriented copy without resorting to hype.

• Experience in planning and overseeing ongoing email campaigns or newsletters.

• Strong skills in editing, proofreading, and attention to detail.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools within a contemporary copywriting workflow (while maintaining a human touch).

• Familiarity with email best practices, including subject lines, calls to action, cadence, and deliverability.
