• Generate innovative ideas for brand communication at DG Partners.
• Collaborate with the CMO to develop and enhance the brand's tone of voice.
• Write content for TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Telegram, and other social platforms.
• Create segments, social hooks, memes, short-form ideas, and scripts for Reels/TikTok.
• Craft texts on behalf of the brand mascot—a character with a provocative tone of voice and dark humor.
• Develop concepts for advertising creatives, banners, carousels, and event communications.
• Write landing copy and text for digital materials.
• Prepare partner onboarding kits, one-pagers, presentations, and partnership materials.
• Simplify complex telecom/affiliate topics into clear, engaging communication.
• Work closely with designers, SMM, PR, affiliate managers, and the CMO.
• At least 2 years of experience in creative copywriting, advertising, SMM, or brand communications.
• Proven experience in creating unique tones of voice.
• Experience writing scripts for Reels, TikTok, or Shorts.
• Understanding of social media culture and current digital trends.
• Experience in B2B, affiliate, fintech, telecom, SaaS, or iGaming is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic marketing concepts: ICP, offer, funnel, CTA, conversion, positioning, lead journey.
• Ability to create creative concepts and adapt them for various content formats.
• Experience with ChatGPT, Notion, Google Docs, Canva, and AI tools.
• Skill in writing simply, vividly, and with style.
• Experience working with characters/mascots is a plus.
• Ukrainian language proficiency is required.
• English language skills are a significant advantage.
• Experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing is a plus.
• Experience creating meme content is a plus.
• Understanding of internet culture and platform-native content.
• Experience launching social media brands from scratch.
• Experience creating tone of voice for characters or brands.
