This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Analyze Search Query Performance (SQP), Brand Analytics, reviews, and competitor listings to determine the key messages for each listing and identify areas where we may be losing potential shoppers.
• Convert data insights and customer feedback into a concise creative brief before beginning the design process in Photoshop.
• Design Amazon hero images and image stacks that convey a clear message, showcase strong typographic hierarchy, and provide compelling reasons for purchase.
• Develop A+ Content and Brand Store pages that present a cohesive brand experience.
• Create sponsored ad visuals and social media content that maintain consistent branding and voice.
• Establish the overall brand system, including typography, color schemes, spacing, and guidelines to ensure all assets align with brand identity.
• Conduct A/B testing (using Amazon Manage Your Experiments and similar tools) on primary images, titles, and A+ Content to validate effective strategies.
• Confirm creative concepts through audience polling (using tools like PickFu, ProductPinion, or equivalents) before launch.
• Monitor CTR, CVR (unit session percentage), session data, and ad CVR and CTR, then collaborate with our Catalog Manager for optimization.
• Supervise any outsourced tasks (3D rendering, photography, video production) to ensure outputs meet our quality standards.
• Mastery of typography and layout. You create a clear hierarchy, guide the viewer's eye, and communicate benefits effectively, which is the most critical skill for this position.
• A marketing-oriented mindset and a habit of conducting content research. You derive messaging from data and customer insights rather than relying on assumptions. You can identify the target buyer and the objections each asset addresses.
• Proficient in Amazon conversion metrics. You are familiar with Seller Central, SQP, and Brand Analytics, and you understand the distinctions between CTR issues (related to search results: main image, title, price, rating) and CVR issues (related to the detail page: stack, A+, video, reviews).
• Comfortable working with data. You can interpret sessions, unit session percentage, click-through rates, and ad CVR and CTR, formulate hypotheses, and articulate their implications.
• Hands-on experience with testing. You have conducted A/B tests and polls, and can provide examples of what you tested, the outcomes, and insights gained.
• Documented case studies demonstrating results. Previous projects where your contributions led to measurable improvements. Quantitative results are essential.
• Strong photographic and compositional skills. You possess an understanding of lighting, framing, and the ability to present a product as premium through photos, renders, or AI-generated images.
• Proficiency in using modern AI workflows. Utilize contemporary AI image and editing tools for quicker ideation, background creation, variations, and cleanup, while maintaining quality control.
• Solid expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Ability to work independently. Take a brief, execute it efficiently, and iterate quickly with minimal oversight.
• Nice to have:
• Capability to produce or art direct 3D renders (using Blender or similar tools). Mastery in modeling is not required; we are open to outsourcing complex 3D tasks as long as you can provide clear briefs and evaluations.
• Experience in video editing for short social media and listing content.
• Background in kitchenware, home goods, or related consumer categories.
• FULL TIME REMOTE work environment.
• Required to have 4 hours of overlap with Bangkok Time (remaining 4 hours flexible).
• Paid leave.
• Opportunities for continuous learning and growth, particularly within the e-commerce sector.
