This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Conduct independent reviews, redlines, and negotiations of intricate commercial agreements, such as customer agreements, reseller and channel agreements, vendor contracts, subcontractor agreements, and federal/SLED contracts.
β’ Act as the main liaison for both internal and external stakeholders regarding all contractual issues.
β’ Analyze contractual rights, obligations, and interpretations of terms and conditions.
β’ Collaborate with the Professional Services team to monitor and meet specific client contractual obligations.
β’ Formulate solutions to complex contractual challenges and offer practical advice to internal stakeholders.
β’ A business-oriented perspective β you convert legal complexities into clear, actionable recommendations. This is the most critical requirement for a reason.
β’ A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field OR a Paralegal Certificate OR equivalent professional experience.
β’ 5β10 years of experience in independently negotiating sophisticated commercial contracts, including agreements with Fortune 200/500 customers.
β’ Knowledge of CLM platforms (Ironclad is highly preferred) and Salesforce.
β’ Willingness to learn and utilize AI-enabled tools.
β’ Demonstrated skills in negotiation, time management, and organization.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills β clear, concise, and professional.
β’ A customer service-oriented approach with outstanding attention to detail.
β’ Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously.
β’ A collaborative, team-centric attitude.
