Senior Contracts Specialist

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Conduct independent reviews, redlines, and negotiations of intricate commercial agreements, such as customer agreements, reseller and channel agreements, vendor contracts, subcontractor agreements, and federal/SLED contracts.

β€’ Act as the main liaison for both internal and external stakeholders regarding all contractual issues.

β€’ Analyze contractual rights, obligations, and interpretations of terms and conditions.

β€’ Collaborate with the Professional Services team to monitor and meet specific client contractual obligations.

β€’ Formulate solutions to complex contractual challenges and offer practical advice to internal stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A business-oriented perspective β€” you convert legal complexities into clear, actionable recommendations. This is the most critical requirement for a reason.

β€’ A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field OR a Paralegal Certificate OR equivalent professional experience.

β€’ 5–10 years of experience in independently negotiating sophisticated commercial contracts, including agreements with Fortune 200/500 customers.

β€’ Knowledge of CLM platforms (Ironclad is highly preferred) and Salesforce.

β€’ Willingness to learn and utilize AI-enabled tools.

β€’ Demonstrated skills in negotiation, time management, and organization.

β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills β€” clear, concise, and professional.

β€’ A customer service-oriented approach with outstanding attention to detail.

β€’ Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously.

β€’ A collaborative, team-centric attitude.
