Senior Contracts Analyst – IT Governance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of the Directorate's contracts, including onboarding, renewals, and terminations;

• Supervise supplier governance and assist in the strategic management of the contract portfolio;

• Discover opportunities for supplier consolidation, tool rationalization, and cost savings;

• Perform contract analyses, evaluate risks, terms, and prospects for ongoing improvement;

• Monitor purchasing and payment processes in collaboration with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and S2P teams;

• Ensure that the contractual databases and area KPIs are accurate and current;

• Facilitate integration processes following acquisitions by incorporating new contracts and suppliers into governance frameworks;

• Manage governance of corporate cards utilized for procuring tools and services;

• Act as a key point of contact for technical leadership, aiding decisions related to the supplier and contract portfolio;

• Recommend process enhancements, automations, and controls that boost the operational efficiency of the area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in contract management, supplier management, procurement, or governance;

• Familiarity with administrative and financial processes associated with service contracting;

• Experience with controls, KPIs, and data management practices;

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets;

• Familiarity with ERPs, procurement systems, or contract management platforms is preferred;

• Experience in technology companies or fast-paced environments is advantageous;

• Involvement in post-acquisition (M&A) integration projects;

• Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing or Vendor Management practices;

• Experience in managing software licensing (SaaS);

• Background in IT Governance, FinOps, or Technology Procurement;

• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or process automation tools.
