This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee contracts and proposals in support of SAIC's Army Navy Business Group.

• Draft, negotiate, accept, and manage government contracts.

• Ensure that contract acquisition and fulfillment align with company policies, legal standards, and customer requirements.

• Work in collaboration with program and finance teams to address and mitigate program risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with six (6) years or more of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with four (4) years or more of experience; or a PhD with no related experience.

• An additional four (4) years of experience may be considered in place of a degree.

• Must be a US citizen.

• Proven experience in managing, reviewing, negotiating, and executing government contracts, subcontracts, and commercial agreements.

• Capability to address complex contractual issues and collaborate with program and finance teams to mitigate program risks.

• Comprehensive understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards in contract administration.

• Familiarity with FAR, TINA, and CAS regulations.

• Experience with cost proposals, including risk and mitigation assessments, coordination of the approval process, cost narratives, compliance, and submission responsibilities related to contracts.

• Strong critical thinking abilities and informed decision-making skills.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational capabilities with the ability to manage varying workloads and multiple priorities.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
