This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive contract and subcontract management for Corner Alliance’s government contracts portfolio, which includes competitive, sole source, and subcontract awards.
• Manage a diverse range of contracts, such as CPFF, FFP, T&M, LH, IDIQ, BPA, and BOAs, throughout both pre and post-award phases.
• Analyze and interpret contractual documents thoroughly.
• Review client solicitations and develop FAR and supplemental regulation compliance matrices along with risk assessments.
• Examine and revise NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontract agreements, contract modifications, and other agreements within the limits of delegated authority.
• Create contract briefs that summarize contractual obligations and current status.
• Actively identify and communicate potential non-compliance issues and challenges before they escalate.
• Coordinate agreements, subcontracts, and other contract and program support documents with leadership, accounting, legal, program management, and other essential stakeholders.
• Provide proactive management, support, and tracking of contractual documentation, action items, and critical data.
• Review, prepare, and finalize prime and subcontract closeout documentation.
• Organize and optimize daily work activities to ensure adherence to corporate, contract, and federal requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or a comparable mix of education, professional training, or work experience.
• 5-8 years of professional experience with a government contractor or in a government contracting division, including familiarity with GovCon, FAR, DFARS, SBA, GSA, etc.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
• Proven executive communication abilities, capable of distilling complex contract actions into clear and concise summaries and decision-support materials for senior leaders and key stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and flexible, with the capacity to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in the MS 365 Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Willingness to embrace automation and AI tools in contract management processes.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
