This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver comprehensive acquisition support for designated procurement initiatives.
• Execute acquisition planning and conduct market research.
• Draft and revise RFPs, RFQs, IFBs, Combined Synopsis/Solicitations, D&Fs, memoranda, and other acquisition documents.
• Assist with SBA 8(a), SBCX, and GWAC acquisition processes.
• Aid in managing solicitation notices, proposal conferences, evaluations, negotiations, and source selections.
• Prepare award documents, FPDS reports, notices of award, and conduct debriefings.
• Facilitate discussions on technical evaluations and past performance, including scoring and ranking offers and quotes.
• Collaborate with Contracting Officers, CORs, program offices, and vendors.
• Maintain procurement timelines and respond to data requests.
• Provide advice and assistance to contractors and program officials on administrative matters.
• Execute post-award administration tasks, including modifications, option exercises, and de-obligations.
• Keep comprehensive electronic procurement files and ensure their submission within stipulated timelines.
• Generate weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly status updates.
• Engage in kick-off meetings and offer contract administration support.
• Lead the contract support team while managing acquisition lifecycle support, staffing, reporting, customer satisfaction, and performance metrics.
• Ensure adherence to FAR, HHSAR, CDC policies, and procurement integrity standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Acquisition Management, Public Administration, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent federal acquisition experience may be accepted.
• At least five (5) years of experience in federal contracting or acquisition support, focusing on pre-award and post-award functions under FAR.
• FAC-C Professional certification or current DHS/USCG equivalent certification required.
• Strong familiarity with FAR, HHSAR acquisition policies, simplified acquisition procedures, contract administration, and federal procurement lifecycle processes.
• Experience with federal procurement and financial management systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare acquisition documentation and engage effectively with Government stakeholders and vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation or security clearance as mandated by the contract.
• Must successfully pass background investigations, including an FBI fingerprint check and NACI adjudication.
• Remote work arrangement.
• Core hours of 9:00am–3:00pm EST.
