Senior Contract Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire clinical trial agreement (CTA) process for global, multi-site clinical trials.

• Collaborate with the Sponsor and internal stakeholders to develop the study-specific CTA strategy.

• Create country-specific CTA templates.

• Directly negotiate CTAs and associated budgets with sites.

• Provide updates to internal and external stakeholders to ensure that deliverables are achieved within the established timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant legal or business discipline.

• A minimum of 8 years of direct Clinical CRO experience is required.

• Experience in site contract and budget negotiation is essential.

• At least 4 years of management or oversight experience is necessary.

• Capability to effectively influence stakeholders.

• Outstanding communication skills are required.

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Minimal travel required.
