Senior Contract Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation, negotiation, and management of contracts with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

• Offer strategic guidance on contract structuring, procurement models, and commercial conditions.

• Handle claims, variations, extensions of time (EOT), and the resolution of disputes.

• Collaborate with legal teams and external counsel as required.

• Track contract performance and adherence throughout the duration of the project.

• Assist in tendering processes, which include drafting RFPs, evaluating bids, and awarding contracts.

• Compile and deliver contract status reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

• Provide mentorship to junior contract administrators and commercial personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 15 years of experience in contract management, including a minimum of 5 years in a PMC setting.

• Comprehensive understanding of FIDIC, NEC, and other international contract standards.

• Experience with large-scale infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects.

• Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication abilities.

• Preferred professional certifications include MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent.
