Senior Contract Analyst – Neuromodulation

📋 Description

• Reviewing, drafting, and overseeing contracts that facilitate the company’s operations in Neuromodulation.

• Ensuring that contract terms are consistent with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitoring contracts to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Identifying potential risks and recommending strategies for mitigation.

• Maintaining a contract repository while tracking key milestones, renewals, and expirations.

• Providing support to internal stakeholders regarding contract interpretation and guidance.

• Performing customer-level analytical reviews to create business intelligence insights for senior executive sales and marketing.

• Collaborating with legal, procurement, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment of contract terms with business requirements.

• Developing and implementing best practices for effective contract management.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with over 6 years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing, or equivalent experience.

• Associate's Degree accompanied by at least 4 years of experience.

• Baccalaureate Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

• Proven experience in creating sales reports, including proficiency in database manipulation.

• For Baccalaureate degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree meeting the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
