Senior Contract Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to evaluate, draft, and negotiate contracts for clinical research initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

• Act as the CSA delivery expert for high-priority studies and supervise CSA delivery performance at the study level.

• Function as the escalation point for CSA team members and study teams regarding clinical site budget and agreement process challenges and facilitate their resolution.

• Oversee or approve high-level estimates or budget formulations for any complexity of local regional CSS, CRS, and global development trials at the study, country, or site level.

• Perform comprehensive analyses of contract terms, conditions, and obligations to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.

• Offer guidance and support to project teams concerning contract interpretation, compliance matters, and contractual rights and obligations.

• Maintain precise and organized contract records, monitoring key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.

• Assist in developing and implementing contract management processes, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification in contract management is preferred.

• Prior experience in contract administration, negotiation, or similar roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research sectors.

• Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory requirements, and industry practices.

• Excellent analytical abilities, capable of interpreting complex contractual provisions and identifying potential issues or opportunities.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
