Senior Contract Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to review, draft, and negotiate contracts for clinical research initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

• Perform comprehensive analyses of contract terms, conditions, and obligations to uncover risks, opportunities, and potential areas for enhancement.

• Offer guidance and assistance to project teams regarding contract interpretation, compliance matters, and contractual rights and obligations.

• Maintain precise and organized contract records, monitoring key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.

• Support the development and implementation of contract management processes, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related field.

• Previous experience in contract administration, negotiation, or similar roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research sectors.

• Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory standards, and industry practices.

• Excellent analytical capabilities, with the proficiency to interpret complex contractual clauses and identify potential issues or opportunities.

• Acute attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 5%).
