Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Define, assess, analyze, enhance, and manage essential processes that impact customer satisfaction and/or improve and optimize organizational efficiency.

• Align Blattner's business objectives to position the company as an industry leader by refining and executing procedures and processes as specified by the Manager I, Continuous Improvement.

• Oversee intricate cross-functional projects from inception to completion.

• Calculate both potential and actual costs to inform process improvement assessments.

• Conduct time studies on processes and methodologies to facilitate balance and efficiency.

• Establish the business case for each initiative by collaborating with stakeholders to identify and secure consensus on project goals, scope, timelines, and resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction, Training and Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in construction management, industrial engineering, quality assurance, safety, electrical work, or a similar role.

• Experience in technical writing and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred, or the ability to achieve certification within the first year of employment.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Well-organized with strong skills in data interpretation, problem-solving, and providing solution-oriented recommendations.
