This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee content initiatives aimed at enhancing Jenzabar’s communication, thought leadership, and brand visibility objectives.
• Design thought leadership campaigns that highlight Jenzabar’s industry expertise, as well as the knowledge and strengths of Jenzabar’s subject matter experts.
• Act as the primary writer, editor, and strategist for communications and content, which includes case studies, product sheets, emails, and other marketing collateral.
• Direct the development of content utilized for external communications and brand initiatives, including industry award programs, speaking engagements at events, and more.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify emerging trends in higher education and weave those narratives into Jenzabar’s content and communication strategies.
• Assist initiatives with media and analyst organizations, showcasing Jenzabar’s domain expertise and its capacity to implement transformative programs in higher education.
• Develop and manage a blog calendar that features content aligned with the company’s objectives and OKRs.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Digital, Creative, and other Marketing teams to develop and execute ABM programs designed to generate qualified leads and enhance the sales pipeline.
• Work alongside Product Marketing, Digital, and Creative teams to create compelling brand narratives that set Jenzabar apart from its competitors.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of digital advertising campaigns.
• Create and improve webpage content using SEO, GEO, and other modern best practices.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and analytics to refine decision-making, boost efficiency, and achieve measurable business results when applicable.
• Exercise sound judgment and uphold ethical standards when utilizing AI, ensuring accuracy, data privacy, and responsible human oversight.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in copywriting and/or communications.
• Flawless grammar and outstanding writing abilities.
• Strong proofreading and editing skills.
• Experience in the higher education or technology sector is advantageous.
