Senior Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Update websites with new content, assets, layout/design modifications, SEO, and metadata.

• Oversee the governance of design files to ensure adherence to brand guidelines, CMS component functionalities, and responsiveness.

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on CMS project implementations, offering insights on the solutions being developed.

• Lead and facilitate meetings to gather specifications from clients.

• Evaluate documentation provided by clients and vendors.

• Construct or migrate websites utilizing design files, assets, link matrices, sitemaps, and more.

• Collaborate with the development team to identify component issues, missing functionalities, and possible improvements.

• Educate colleagues on the CMS and the governance processes involved.

• Engage in design sessions and provide feedback on governance.

• Create documentation such as governance checklists, website standards, web processes, and other supplementary materials.

• Manage requirements, specifications, and monitor changes using a robust change management process.

• Meet with design agencies to address design inquiries and offer recommendations regarding layout/component usage.

• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for clients.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a client-facing role (preferably in consultancy or agency settings).

• Proficient in working with Content Management Systems.
