This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Assist in maintaining the accuracy, timeliness, professionalism, and trustworthiness of high-volume sports content.

• Collaborate on live content verification, editorial quality assurance, support triage, client communication, issue investigation, handovers, and process enhancement.

• Manage content operations and facilitate workflows during live sports events and other periods of high-volume publishing.

• Conduct quality checks on visuals, text, metadata, links, calls to action, timing, categorization, and brand consistency.

• Review content not only for accuracy but also for clarity, usefulness, tone, and its reception by readers.

• Identify, articulate, and escalate issues clearly before they evolve into client or user problems.

• Prioritize support requests by collecting evidence, pinpointing likely causes, and communicating subsequent actions.

• Leverage AI and internal tools to expedite checks, compare information, draft notes, analyze data, refine prompts, and enhance the efficiency of repeatable tasks.

• Ensure clear handovers, maintain incident notes, provide support updates, document quality assurance records, and create lightweight documentation.

• Collaborate with content, operations, product teams, and client-facing colleagues to swiftly resolve issues and prevent recurrence.

• Refine checklists, playbooks, templates, prompts, and lightweight automations as you discover practical improvements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding attention to detail in text, visuals, links, timing, metadata, and structured information.

• Proficient written English with the ability to clearly, calmly, and precisely articulate issues.

• Strong editorial judgment: capable of identifying when something is unclear, inaccurate, inconsistent, off-brand, or not ready for publication.

• High level of ownership and dependability, particularly in situations involving live coverage, client support, or content accuracy.

• Sound decision-making skills under pressure: able to discern what requires action, escalation, or further investigation.

• A natural curiosity about systems, processes, and the underlying causes of issues.

• Comfort with utilizing AI and tools to enhance speed, quality, documentation, and repeatable workflows.

• Interest in sports, media, digital content, SaaS, live operations, or high-volume publishing environments.

• Nice to have: Experience in content quality assurance, editing, proofreading, research, support, live operations, moderation, or publishing.

• Familiarity with SaaS, CMS tools, media production, sports content, or digital publishing workflows.

• Experience using AI tools for research, drafting, checking, summarizing, documenting, or enhancing workflows.

• Proven examples of improving a checklist, process, quality assurance workflow, support workflow, or documentation.
