Associate Director – Enterprise Content Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary product owner for Veeva Vault PromoMats and MedComms, holding full responsibility for platform performance, adoption, and scalability.

• Establish and uphold a multi-year roadmap that aligns with business priorities, regulatory needs, and omnichannel strategies.

• Collaborate with internal technology teams and Veeva to strategize on releases, enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.

• Lead the enhancement of Promotional Review Committee (PRC) and Medical Review Committee (MRC) processes to minimize review cycle durations while ensuring compliance.

• Standardize workflows, templates, metadata, and governance across various brands and regions as applicable.

• Propel the adoption of content automation throughout the content lifecycle.

• Support and integrate Digital Asset Management (DAM) functionalities to guarantee smooth content storage, retrieval, reuse, and governance.

• Assess and implement AI-driven capabilities within enterprise content systems to enhance efficiency, quality, and speed to market.

• Serve as a strategic partner to Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, GCMT, and agency teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in Information Systems, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 8 years of experience in content operations, marketing technology, regulatory operations, or enterprise platform management, preferably within the biotech, pharma, or life sciences sectors.

• Demonstrated experience in owning and scaling Veeva Vault platforms in a global, regulated setting.

• Strong knowledge of PRC/MRC processes, regulatory requirements, and compliance factors.

• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities with a talent for influencing without direct authority.

• Highly analytical, process-focused, and adept at functioning in complex, matrixed organizations.
