Freelance Content Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee all content and creator initiatives for the Polish market.

• Create engaging TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style advertisements that resonate with viewers.

• Manage a roster of Polish creators.

• Execute influencer campaigns with leading Polish creators and micro-influencers.

• Collaborate closely with the paid marketing team to transform outstanding content into exceptional performance.

• Capitalize on trends before they become mainstream on the For You Page.

• Draft briefs, provide feedback, and assist external creators in showcasing their talents.

• Work in tandem with our growth, distribution, and product teams on a daily basis.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions, rapidly test ideas, and help define the creative vision of Bump.

• Assist with launches, events, and initiatives focused on the Polish market.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–5+ years of experience in creating short-form content (whether in brand, agency, influencer, or creator roles; we value your work more than your title).

• Proven experience in producing content for advertisements (especially UGC).

• Background in managing creators or providing creative direction.

• Extensive understanding of TikTok/IG trends and the Polish creator ecosystem.

• Proficiency in Polish and English (essential).

• Experience residing in Poland.
