This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Consult and advise: Act as a reliable content operations consultant for Sanity’s enterprise clients. Assist them in designing and refining content models, governance strategies, and workflows tailored to their unique business needs.
• Design operating frameworks: Evaluate existing processes and tools, then create and propose scalable, future-proof content operations strategies.
• Translate business needs into structure: Collaborate with customer teams to convert editorial, marketing, and digital content requirements into structured content systems utilizing Sanity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work alongside Sales, Solution Engineers, Solution Architects, and Product teams to provide integrated, impactful solutions.
• Enable and educate: Facilitate workshops, develop guides, and assist customers in adopting best practices in structured content, metadata, reuse, localization, and collaboration.
• Drive maturity and innovation: Promote operational excellence, aiding our customers in advancing their internal content practices and maximizing their use of Sanity.
• Enable AI adoption: Support customers in identifying, implementing, and optimizing AI workflows that enhance their daily operations.
• 5+ years of experience in content operations, digital content strategy, content systems consulting, or similar positions—preferably within an enterprise or SaaS environment.
• Extensive experience in designing and optimizing content workflows, governance models, and editorial processes.
• Familiarity with contemporary content platforms, structured content, and component-based content architecture.
• Experience with CMSs, DAMs, and headless architectures—bonus points if you have worked with Sanity or similar platforms.
• Strategic mindset with a commitment to enhancing how teams create, manage, and deliver content at scale.
• Excellent communicator, facilitator, and collaborator—capable of effectively engaging both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Comfortable in client-facing and consultative roles, enthusiastic about shaping customer success through content excellence.
• Significant experience with AI-driven workflows for content and business teams.
• Located in the US or Canada - PST timezone.
