This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns for a series of MasterClass launches and cultural marketing events, from strategic positioning to execution and reporting.
• Create integrated go-to-market strategies that encompass owned, earned, paid, social, product, and talent/instructor channels.
• Craft clear and motivating creative and strategy briefs that direct insightful, impactful campaign initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Creative, Content, Talent, PR, Product Marketing, Social, Performance Marketing, and Operations to align campaign goals and carry out successful launches.
• Foster strong relationships with instructors and their teams to ensure campaign alignment, explore co-marketing opportunities, and execute launches effectively.
• Utilize audience insights, campaign metrics, testing, and experimentation to refine marketing strategies and guide upcoming launches.
• Assist with on-set campaign moments and production settings as needed to maintain creative alignment and seize real-time marketing opportunities.
• Contribute to the evolution of campaign development methodologies through AI-driven tools, experimentation, and operational advancements.
• 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, content marketing, brand marketing, entertainment marketing, or consumer campaign strategy, leading complex, cross-functional campaigns from strategy to execution.
• Proven track record in developing integrated go-to-market campaigns that deliver measurable business and audience results across various channels.
• Strong strategic thinking and storytelling abilities, with experience in crafting positioning frameworks, campaign narratives, and creative briefs.
• Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management, with the capacity to influence teams across creative, marketing, product, talent, and executive domains.
• Experience working directly with talent, creators, instructors, or external partners in fast-paced campaign or production settings.
• Robust understanding of culture, audience behavior, and consumer trends, with the ability to pinpoint opportunities for culturally relevant storytelling.
• Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability regarding emerging technologies, including AI-enabled marketing workflows and experimentation.
• Excellent skills in communication, presentation, organization, and project management, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
