This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of Leap's comprehensive content strategy, which includes managing the blog, producing long-form white papers, developing thought leadership materials, overseeing LinkedIn organic content, maintaining the social calendar, executing ABM initiatives, and managing web and lifecycle email communications.
• Establish and maintain Leap's brand voice across all audiences and channels.
• Create key long-form content pieces that position Leap as a leader in specialty infusion.
• Direct the organic search and GEO strategy.
• Craft compelling direct response copy that encourages engagement and action.
• Manage the website copy for leaphealth.com.
• 6-8+ years of experience in content marketing and copywriting, with at least 3 years specifically in the healthtech sector.
• An outstanding writer possessing a portfolio that showcases diverse writing capabilities.
• A demonstrated history of developing content programs that yield measurable results.
• A thorough understanding of B2B2C marketing principles.
• Practical experience with SEO, GEO/LLM optimization, content distribution, and editorial processes.
• Ability to convert complex clinical and pharmacy concepts into accessible language for non-clinical audiences.
• A strong inclination towards testing and learning methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI tools in content and copy workflows.
