This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Produce high-impact, engaging content that aligns with Eleos Health’s company narrative, sets it apart from competitors, and supports business goals.
• Ideate, compose, and refine blog posts, articles, guides, ebooks, social media content, emails, newsletters, website copy, FAQs, and video scripts.
• Collaborate with both internal and external partners, including subject matter experts, clients, and industry thought leaders.
• Generate customer evidence such as case studies, testimonials, and videos.
• Work alongside Enablement, Product Marketing, Sales, and other teams to identify content gaps and fulfill organizational content requirements.
• Oversee social media platforms, including managing a social calendar and scheduling content.
• Assist with SEO/AEO/GEO initiatives by optimizing content for better visibility.
• Create content for speaking engagements and webinars in collaboration with the Lifecycle Marketing team.
• Provide support to the Director of Brand and Content with earned media projects as needed.
• Monitor content performance metrics and suggest optimization strategies.
• Stay updated on healthcare industry news and trends, as well as advancements in AI content capabilities and best practices.
• Develop and manage agentic workflows utilizing Claude and other AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, enhance content production, improve operations, and gather insights.
• Over 7 years of experience in content marketing.
• Direct experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or healthcare technology setting.
• Comprehensive understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and its dynamics and trends.
• Proven track record of communicating effectively with healthcare administrators, clinicians, and personnel.
• Strong project management abilities and capacity to handle competing priorities across multiple programs and stakeholders.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices.
• Experience in web writing and proficiency with WordPress.
• Strong research abilities.
• Competence in AI, including leveraging AI tools for content creation and optimization.
• Experience in building agents is a significant advantage.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about enhancing community-based care.
• Experience in behavioral health, hospice, or home health is a notable advantage.
• The base salary range for this role is $120,000-140,000 annually.
