This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You collaborate with our CEO and leadership team to ghost-write and co-create content.
• You translate their strong beliefs about the future of customer experience (CX) into impactful pieces that are frequently cited, shared, and remembered.
• You commission and develop compelling data stories that journalists reference and analysts quote.
• You produce content that drives the displacement of Zendesk, Intercom, and Sierra.
• You craft content narratives for product announcements, press releases, and key launch events.
• You conduct customer interviews, uncover insights from their results, and transform them into case studies that help close deals.
• 6-8 years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably within a technology company that is in a category-creation or high-growth stage.
• A portfolio showcasing work that you take pride in, including thought leadership pieces, research reports, campaign content, and case studies.
• A solid understanding of AI technologies; you utilize AI tools daily.
• Strong editorial judgement; you can distinguish between content that grabs attention and that which merely fills a schedule.
• Ability to work comfortably with technical subject matter experts to extract insights and present them in a manner appealing to non-technical buyers.
• Experience in managing a webinar or event content program, rather than just participating in one.
• Proven history of linking content decisions to pipeline results.
