This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Craft and refine high-quality content for B2B enterprise clients across various formats.
• Create content that directly addresses specific buyer personas and decision-makers.
• Transform research, interviews with subject matter experts, and source materials into engaging, polished narratives.
• Develop content briefs, outlines, interview questions, and narrative perspectives before drafting.
• Edit drafts for structure, clarity, flow, tone, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Simplify complex business or technical subjects into clear, credible content for professional audiences.
• Assist in the creation of comprehensive content, including:
• White papers
• Case studies
• Thought leadership articles
• Research-based content
• Blog posts
• Technical or industry explainers
• Conduct interviews with founders, executives, product leaders, and subject matter experts.
• Extract valuable insights, quotes, and narratives from interviews and transcripts.
• Manage deadlines and oversee multiple content projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate closely with editorial leadership and play a key role in delivering high-quality client outcomes.
• Strong experience in content writing and editing for B2B enterprise companies.
• Proven track record of writing for sophisticated buyer audiences in SaaS, software, technology, or other intricate B2B sectors.
• Ability to align with the tone and style expected in enterprise content marketing.
• Excellent writing fundamentals, including structure, clarity, headline creation, and narrative flow.
• Strong editing instincts — capable of enhancing content beyond grammar by refining arguments, reorganizing ideas, and clarifying positioning.
• Experience in transforming interviews, research, and source materials into polished long-form and mid-funnel assets.
• Quick understanding of target audiences and ability to tailor messaging to diverse personas.
• Confident communicator who can ask insightful questions and derive valuable insights from subject matter experts.
• Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Willingness to work during U.S. hours and participate in client or internal calls as needed.
• Supportive leadership team and a culture focused on growth.
