Senior Content Associate, eCommerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist the Content Manager and independently manage the creation and execution of content and creative strategies for various clients, including tier 1 clients and ad hoc audits.

• Act as a genuine client partner and subject-matter expert, providing clear recommendations and confidently communicating Amazon and Podean best practices both internally and externally.

• Collaborate with designers to produce award-winning creative strategies for clients and internal initiatives.

• Work closely with the Media team and Account Managers to ensure that all content is aligned with clients’ overarching advertising and business objectives.

• Team up with Account Managers to develop content and SEO strategies that support the client's larger goals.

• Exhibit a strong grasp of Amazon creative, content data, and analytics, with the capability to analyze performance metrics and testing insights to continually optimize content and creative outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with a proven track record of leading projects in content marketing, e-commerce content strategy, or digital advertising, with familiarity in Amazon or other marketplace content preferred.

• Proficient in e-commerce content creation and optimization, including titles, bullet points, A+ content, storefronts, and image stacks (experience with Amazon or other marketplaces is a plus).

• A proactive and strategic mindset with a passion for fostering innovation and achieving measurable results.

• Strong analytical abilities, capable of interpreting content performance data and providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including media, account management, and design.

• Outstanding client-facing communication skills, able to articulate strategies, present recommendations, and manage client expectations effectively.
