This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Marketing leadership as the primary expert on consumer insights.
• Take ownership of and enhance Airbnb's brand health tracking initiatives.
• Mentor and assist the direct report responsible for Airbnb's media measurement strategy.
• Oversee and guide the Trends & Competitive Intelligence team.
• Design and implement both qualitative and quantitative research projects.
• Prepare and deliver research insights in clear formats for senior stakeholders.
• Work alongside the broader Research Team to integrate findings across various workstreams.
• Over 12 years of experience in consumer insights.
• In-depth knowledge of brand health tracking methodologies.
• Strong understanding of audience research and segmentation techniques.
• Familiarity with media measurement methods.
• Proven experience in trends analysis and competitive intelligence.
• Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research approaches.
• Outstanding storytelling and communication abilities.
• Proven track record in managing and developing team members.
• A degree in research, marketing, or social sciences.
