This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +2 more states.
• Safeguard the existing equipment and consumables while driving new business sales of consumables and liquids.
• Commit to an annual sales target and craft a comprehensive business strategy to meet territory goals.
• Project the monthly pipeline for consumables and liquids.
• Provide weekly activity reports and uphold the company's high standards of ethics and professionalism.
• Share insights on ideas, market trends, and competitive actions with management.
• Achieve or surpass annual revenue and profit targets while adhering to a designated expense budget.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment to share leads, protect the installed base, pursue new sales, and develop accounts.
• Conduct personalized sales demonstrations for surgeons, operating room staff, and administrative personnel as scheduled.
• Maintain, analyze, and utilize territory records and additional information to organize, plan, execute, and assess outcomes.
• Educate and follow up with surgeons, operating room staff, and administration regarding product operation, usage, and application.
• Provide timely, accurate, and constructive written and verbal communications to management concerning planned monthly sales activities.
• Manage a specific cost center to oversee sales, expenses, inventory, and receivables.
• Maintain SFDC reports, dashboards, and updates related to opportunities, leads, and the sales funnel.
• Identify and implement synergy opportunities among ZEISS companies, Carl Zeiss Meditec field service, and corporate partners.
• Create and execute innovative and profitable marketing strategies tailored to the demands of the representative region.
• Complete and submit paperwork and requested information promptly and accurately.
• Utilize and update SFDC, Concur, Fleet, and CurioZ.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• More than five (5+) years of sales experience.
• Strong technical and clinical product knowledge.
• Capability to manage various tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management software.
• Outstanding negotiation and diplomacy skills.
• Develop proficiency in product application and practice management implications.
• Safely operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.
• Stay updated with and comply with relevant GMP and ISO 9001 processes and procedures.
