Senior Consulting Manager

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of extensive finance and/or consulting experience, ideally a blend of mid-/senior-level FP&A expertise and hands-on finance transformation experience.

• High proficiency in Microsoft 365 – particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong financial modeling and technical expertise required – experience with CPM software such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM, Pigment, and/or analytics solutions including Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, GCP, etc.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with experience collaborating directly with executive clients and business stakeholders

• Proven track record of mentoring and developing team members

• Willingness and entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a genuine startup environment – demonstrating high drive, strong work ethic, adaptability to change, and a quick learning ability.

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in business or finance)
