Senior Consultant – Workday FINS, Revenue

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with clients to implement Workday Financials Revenue projects

• Innovatively address complex challenges for clients from various sectors

• Act as the primary representative of the Revenue workstream for clients

• Conduct discovery sessions for Workday PSA Financial projects

• Manage workstreams, which include tenant configurations, forecasting, and methodology elements

• Assess effort and define scope for the workstream

• Supervise project consultants under the direction of an architect

• Lead client requirement meetings

• Provide mentorship to junior employees

• Support supervisors and leadership

• Contribute to internal business initiatives, process enhancements, and team development efforts

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Workday Financials experience and/or 2.5–5 years of applicable experience in record to report, procure to pay, order to cash, or similar fields

• Previous consulting experience is preferred, or transferable skills from relevant industry experience

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel

• Workday expertise in Banking, Customers, Revenue Management, Projects, and/or PSA

• Capability to conduct discovery sessions for a Workday PSA Financial project

• Extensive knowledge of the relevant workstream with the ability to estimate effort and scope

• Competence in managing client requirement meetings independently

• Skills to lead a workstream, including tenant configurations, forecasting, and methodology elements

• Ability to supervise consultants under the guidance of an architect

• Aptitude for mentoring junior employees
