This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver consulting services across various client projects with minimal supervision.
• Comprehend client business needs and offer guidance during the design, configuration, and prototyping stages.
• Assist clients in testing and transitioning solutions to production.
• Provide support to clients during key annual events, including Annual Talent/Performance reviews, Merit assessments, Open Enrollment, and ACA compliance.
• Collaborate with Engagement Managers to discuss project status updates and modifications.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
• Maintain precise forecasts in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Sales and act as a subject matter expert during sales presentations, demonstrations, and Letters of Engagement (LOEs).
• Keep abreast of industry developments, Workday updates, and best practices.
• Foster strong client relationships through trust and outstanding customer service.
• Provide solutions, navigate, and optimize Workday Advanced Compensation.
• Support effective implementation and ongoing production support for Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and additional HCM modules.
• Contribute to the growth of ERPA’s Workday AMS practice.
• Must have independently led a minimum of two Workday Phase 1 implementations and two Workday Phase X implementations.
• Experience in independently leading higher education projects within Workday is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience as a lead Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant at a Workday partner firm is mandatory.
• Required Workday Partner Certifications include: HCM Core, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and at least one of the following: Learning, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Reporting, or PEX.
• Employment is contingent upon obtaining a Workday Launch certification.
• All necessary Workday Partner certifications must remain active throughout employment with ERPA.
• Experience in troubleshooting, configuring, and navigating Workday Advanced Compensation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of Workday Advanced Compensation processes and best practices.
• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must successfully clear the pre-employment drug screening and background investigation, which may include reference checks, criminal background investigation, and relevant licensing verification.
