Senior Consultant, SAP SF CPI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversees the comprehensive delivery of HRIS modules as a subject matter expert.

• Manages intricate client engagements while providing guidance to junior team members.

• Configures HRIS modules to ensure compliance with best practices and optimization efforts.

• Supervises the SIT and UAT phases, ensuring quality approval on all deliverables.

• Provides guidance and mentorship to Associate and Junior Consultants throughout the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• 4–7 years of experience in HRIS, including at least 3 full-cycle implementations.

• In-depth knowledge of one or more HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll, etc.).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management abilities.

• Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (mandatory).
