Senior Consultant, Red Team Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Lead a team engaged in Red Team activities that replicate the tactics of known threat actors throughout the Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK Framework.

• Oversee and coordinate Red Team and penetration testing initiatives.

• Create detailed reports and mitigation strategies tailored for both management and technical audiences.

• Effectively communicate with executive leadership and technical support teams.

• Organize resources for penetration assessments involving operating systems, applications, databases, and network infrastructure.

• Take the lead or assist in the development and enhancement of information security programs and resources.

• Offer guidance to operational teams during enterprise-wide crisis situations, including significant production service outages.

• Serve as both an operator and project manager for penetration testing services.

• Mentor, manage, and support less experienced Red Team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Red Team and Penetration Testing activities is strongly preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership position is highly desirable.

• Active participation in the security community, such as speaking at conferences or contributing to tool development, is highly preferred.

• Advanced proficiency with security assessment tools including Metasploit, NMAP, Cobalt Strike, Nessus, and Burp Suite.

• In-depth understanding of security methodologies, technologies, and best practices.

• Experience with Windows, Linux, UNIX, and Mac operating systems.

• Advanced knowledge of networking components such as routers, switches, load balancers, and wireless access points.

• Comprehensive understanding of firewalls, proxies, mail servers, and web servers.

• Advanced experience in providing operational support for operating systems, applications, and networks.

• Extensive experience with Red Teaming, vulnerability testing, penetration testing, and adversary emulation assessments.

• Advanced capabilities in automating and scripting applications and systems.

• Proven track record of utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.

• Occasional travel may be necessary (less than 25%).

• Preferred certifications include OSCP, GPEN, OSCE, GCIH, and GXPN.
