Senior Consultant – Quantum & Delay

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conducting Forensic Delay Analysis on construction project timelines and generating comprehensive forensic reports that outline the findings.

• Executing analyses related to contracts, change orders, cost overruns, damages, and quantum aspects of intricate construction claims and disputes for insurance providers, legal firms, property owners, developers, and contractors, along with producing detailed forensic reports on the outcomes.

• Overseeing and facilitating the research and examination of contemporaneous project documentation.

• Handling multiple projects and collaborating with other team members to deliver client reports promptly.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.

• 2-5+ years of experience in Forensic Delay Analysis.

• 5-7+ years of experience in CPM scheduling and cost analysis tasks.

• 2-5+ years of experience in assessing construction claim damages, including delay damages.

• Understanding of Architecture, Civil, Structural, MEP, and Building Enclosure systems and designs for commercial, retail, and high-rise residential projects.

• Proficiency in P6® scheduling software, along with experience in MS Project® and Asta®.

• Familiarity with third-party schedule analysis software.

• Competence in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerBI, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Experience in coordinating with both internal and external disciplines, including consultants and architects.

• Background in working on construction sites, including conducting site visits and managing project operations (e.g., change orders, RFIs, submittals, daily reports, etc.).

• Experience in testifying is an advantage.
