Senior Consultant – Power Platform, Power Apps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the project team to implement Azure-based solutions that deliver client value and ensure success.

• Develop solutions in Microsoft Azure tailored to the client’s requirements for security, scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Convert requirements into a technical design by utilizing existing tools, services, and frameworks.

• Stay informed about emerging technology trends and assess their implications for cloud solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience working with Power Apps.

• Knowledge of Office 365 security and the protection of Power Apps users.

• Familiarity with Dataverse security role definitions.

• Expertise in determining Model-driven versus canvas apps based on business needs.

• Understanding of best practices for multiple environments.

• Experience with Dynamics 365 and its integration with the Power platform.

• Proficiency in data modeling within Dataverse.

• Knowledge of the distinctions between transactional and reporting data repositories.

• Capability to offer guidance and insights on reporting best practices concerning Dataverse versus reporting data repositories.

• Awareness of performance optimization for on-premises data compared to Dataverse.

• Ability to design user-friendly interfaces (graphic design skills not required).

• Experience in developing Power Automate workflows for backend processing.

• Some exposure to Power BI reporting.

• Experience in configuring on-premises data gateways.

• Skill in creating custom connectors for the Power platform.

• Software development expertise beyond the Power Platform.

• Proficiency in C#/.Net development.

• Experience in web/client-side library development.
