• Carry out designated project tasks
• Prepare materials for project-related meetings
• Conduct analysis of both primary and secondary research initiatives
• Develop and use analytical tools to aid in decision-making
• Create materials that communicate the findings of analyses
• Identify key insights, recommendations, opportunities, and threats to guide corporate and commercial strategies
• Take responsibility for the completion of project duties
• Frequently engage with senior-level clients
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, with an emphasis on market access roles (such as pricing, contracting, market access analytics, payer mix, provider mix, channel strategy, specialty pharmacy, and IDN dynamics, as well as patient services and access)
• Proven ability to merge business and industry insights to formulate innovative solutions
• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Effective time management abilities
• Proven ability to collaborate in a team setting
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
• Specialized competencies in Patient Services, Trade, and Distribution
