This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Spearhead the identification, redesign, and execution of comprehensive business processes to facilitate automation and AI at scale.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify inefficiencies, challenge outdated workflows, and establish future-state operational models.
• Convert business challenges into automation and AI-driven solutions, partnering closely with architects and developers to achieve results.
• Guide the entire lifecycle of initiatives—from identifying problems and designing solutions to implementation, adoption, and measurable impact.
• Ensure that solutions are scalable, sustainable, and in alignment with enterprise architecture and long-term strategic goals.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technology, ensuring that solutions are both technically sound and operationally effective.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority, fostering alignment and momentum for transformation.
• Establish and monitor success metrics, including member service times, quality enhancements, and overall experience improvements.
• Identify opportunities to broaden automation and AI capabilities across various functions, amplifying impact throughout the organization.
• Continuously assess emerging tools and technologies to improve automation and AI capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 4–7+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, automation, or consulting.
• Proven experience in achieving measurable productivity enhancements through process redesign, automation, or technology enablement.
• Strong knowledge of automation capabilities, including RPA tools (such as UiPath) and familiarity with AI-driven solutions.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from inception to implementation and adoption.
• Demonstrated capability to independently address complex problems and drive results in uncertain environments.
• Experience working with data (Excel, SQL, or similar tools) to analyze performance and guide decision-making.
• Strong grasp of change management principles and experience facilitating adoption across business teams.
