Senior Consultant, Network Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Independently and collaboratively lead and support penetration-testing engagements.

• Conduct network penetration tests, with an emphasis on internal networks and vulnerabilities within Active Directory.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and custom solutions.

• Oversee complex engagements, ensuring technical consistency across various tests.

• Contextualize vulnerabilities and evaluate their realistic impact on clients, considering both mitigating and aggravating factors.

• Manage tasks and priorities to meet utilization targets.

• Provide professional services both internally and to clients.

• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality reports and services.

• Assist in sales and business development by identifying potential opportunities.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the practice area.

• Work in collaboration with project managers, quality management, sales, and delivery teams to fulfill project deliverables and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Lead client engagements, work alongside clients, mentor team members, and offer subject matter expertise.

• Aid clients in making risk-informed decisions to strengthen their security posture.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in network penetration testing and assessment methodologies.

• Solid working knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language.

• Strong grasp of security principles and best practices within the industry.

• At least 5 years of experience in a consulting or professional services role.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Network Security.

• Exceptional consulting abilities.

• Proven time management skills with prompt delivery, including issue escalation when necessary.

• Effective verbal communication skills for leading client kickoff meetings and debriefs.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Experience in report writing for both executive audiences and technical teams.

• Expert-level proficiency in network penetration testing, particularly in internal network assessments and exploiting Active Directory vulnerabilities.

• Extensive expertise in at least one of the following areas: Social Engineering, Physical Penetration Testing, Mobile Application Penetration Testing, Thick Application Penetration Testing, Hardware Penetration Testing, Secure Code Review, Container Penetration Testing, Cloud Penetration Testing, Network Active Directory Penetration Testing, or AI Penetration Testing.
