Senior Consultant, .Net

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Act as a senior engineer and technical leader for Ensono Digital projects.

• Assist a Tech Lead or Lead Consultant while managing significant technical areas or subsystems.

• Engage throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with colleagues from Ensono Digital and client stakeholders.

• Convert business requirements into technical designs.

• Provide modern, cloud-native solutions utilizing contemporary engineering practices.

• Ensure accountability for code quality, security, and engineering standards.

• Participate in architectural discussions, discovery activities, and design reviews.

• Develop integration and end-to-end tests.

• Contribute to Ensono Digital communities and share expertise.

• Continuously enhance skills and career as a senior consultant.

• Foster team development through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering production-grade systems and taking ownership of technical outcomes in complex projects.

• Proficient in developing high-quality solutions using .NET (Core / modern .NET).

• Experience in building and managing systems on cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.

• Familiarity with microservice and distributed architectures.

• Ability to translate business requirements into well-defined designs and subsystem architectures.

• Experience in writing integration and end-to-end tests, employing approaches like BDD when suitable.

• Responsible for code quality, security, and engineering standards.

• Strong technical communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Capable of explaining solution purposes, designs, and technology choices to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Skilled in resolving technical challenges within complex deliveries and taking responsibility for outcomes.

• Actively contribute to architectural discussions, discovery activities, and design reviews.

• Effectively work with AI-assisted development tools.

• Provide clear specifications, documentation, and rapid feedback loops.

• Maintain a professional, proactive approach with strong collaboration skills.
