Senior Consultant IT Betrieb – IT Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In collaboration with our clients, you will optimize IT operations to ensure that IT is stable, efficient, and aligned with business needs.

• Analyze and assess the IT organization (including IT infrastructure, operations, and IT service management) to highlight strengths and weaknesses.

• Evaluate the latest technologies and tools available in the market, and examine how they can enhance existing processes for the client.

• Optionally, you will take on the technical leadership and mentoring of junior consultants in collaborative projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree and at least three years of project and/or consulting experience in the area of IT operations / IT operations management.

• A solid understanding of common frameworks and best practices such as ITIL, along with a strong sense of the interface between IT and business.

• Analytical skills to structure complexity and clarify relationships, as well as high self-motivation and a conscientious work ethic.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills (fluent in German).
