📋 Description

• You assist global insurers in executing transformation and digitalization initiatives.

• You evaluate comprehensive insurance workflows and existing IT infrastructures to pinpoint specific enhancement opportunities.

• You play a key role in the advancement and modernization of essential insurance processes, aiding in their technical and functional execution.

• You create solutions that bridge the gap between business and IT, ensuring that requirements are converted into implementable concepts.

• You engage actively in automation and AI projects aimed at boosting efficiency and enhancing decision-making quality in insurance operations.

• You take responsibility for work packages or subprojects, collaborating closely with international project teams and clients.

• Knowledge of key insurance processes, including claims, underwriting, and policy management.

• Experience in analyzing processes and IT landscapes within intricate organizational frameworks.

• Enthusiasm for digital transformation, automation, and the integration of AI in business processes.

• Proficiency in working with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Enjoyment of diverse project assignments at client locations.

• Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
